Child Ticket Ages

  • + What is the ages for Child Tickets?

  • Children aged 3 to 14 years.

  • + Do toddlers pay?

  • Children ages 0-2 are free. Please notify the staff when buying tickets so we can allocate seating or provide booster seats.

Refunds

  • + What if I buy a ticket and I can’t watch the movie?

  • We will offer a full refund in the first half hour of the screening. We will not give a refund after the first half hour of the screening or at the conclusion of the screening. A complimentary ticket may be given depending on the circumstances. Tickets purchased online are sold on a no-refund, no-exchange and no-transfer basis.

Tickets & Movie Money

  • + Can I pre-purchase tickets?

  • Absolutely! Tickets can be pre-purchased in person at the Candybar or online through our app or website. If you have purchased online simply present the code emailed to you after purchase at the Candybar and our friendly staff will print your ticket.

  • + Can a concession use a child Movie Money ticket?

  • To use a Child Movie Money the concession holder must be between 3 to 14 years. However an Adult Movie Money ticket is cheaper than the regular concession ticket price ($15.50).

  • + Can I pay extra if I have a child movie money ticket so an adult can use it?

  • Unfortunately our current computer system is unable to process such an upgrade. When purchasing Movie Money, be mindful of the people who will be using them.

  • + Can I sit where I want?

  • You bet! There may be times where reserved seating has been designated but aside from those times feel free to sit where you please.

Disability Access

  • + Can wheelchairs/prams access all cinemas?

  • We have access for wheel chairs/prams to all of our theaters. Please ask our friendly staff how they can help you to access wherever you need to go.

  • + Do you have a dress code?

  • Neat, respectable dress and shoes are required at all times at a minimum standard.

  • + What should I do if someone is causing a disruption during the movie?

  • Please report your concerns to the usher or the manager on duty who will address it as soon as possible.

  • + How do I complain or make a suggestion?

  • For any concerns or suggestions talk to the duty manager or send us an email with as much information as possible using our contact form.
